Neil Baumann is a seasoned Independent Property Adjuster with over 5 years of experience in the field. With a background in construction, Neil has honed his skills to become one of the leading adjusters in the industry. His expertise extends to teaching fellow adjusters how to efficiently write estimates on-site using Xactimate Mobile, a skill he also shares through his successful YouTube channel.

Through his years of experience, Neil identified a common problem plaguing many homeowners: denied insurance claims due to lack of documentation or pre-existing damage disputes. Determined to address this issue, Neil founded Property Heroes and invented the groundbreaking Pre Loss Protection Report, currently pending patent approval.

At Property Heroes, Neil and his team are revolutionizing property documentation by offering comprehensive 3D LiDAR photo scans of both interior and exterior spaces. Homeowners receive virtual walkthroughs of their properties, including intricate details such as fence lines, boat docks, and pools. Leveraging AI-powered drones, Property Heroes conducts thorough roof inspections, providing virtual walkthroughs of roofs to ensure complete coverage.

As a seasoned insurance professional, I leverage my 19+ years of experience as a claims leader to provide strategic guidance and operational support to clients in the insurance industry. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in managing first and third party property claims, from intake to resolution, with both onsite and remote adjusters.

I have successfully led the launch of new systems, designed workflow processes, and built high-performing teams that have advanced the industry standards and best practices. I have also developed and delivered continued learning and skills-based training programs for adjusters at all levels of the claim cycle. I hold adjuster licenses in North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, California and Texas, as well as a Certified Litigation Management Professional designation from the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. My mission is to help clients achieve optimal outcomes and customer satisfaction through effective and efficient claims management.

My journey as a Chief Operating Officer has been one of continual growth, fueled by a passion for operational excellence and a relentless pursuit of efficiency. Armed with a degree in Business Administration, I embarked on a career trajectory marked by a series of strategic roles where I honed my analytical prowess and cultivated a keen eye for optimization.

As a COO, I stand at the nexus of strategy and implementation, orchestrating the myriad components of our organization with finesse and foresight. At the heart of my effectiveness as a COO lies a multifaceted skill set that encompasses both the tangible and intangible facets
of leadership. By cultivating a culture of transparency and accountability, I foster an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique insights. Furthermore, my ability to inspire and
motivate teams engenders a sense of collective ownership and instills a shared commitment to organizational success.
