I highly recommend the Property heroes to anyone that lives
in Hurricane prone areas. They completed my inspection in an hour, and I received
my packaged report within 48 hours. I have been watching the weather pages and
everyone is saying that it is gearing up to be a big hurricane season, so I wanted
to be prepared.

After Hurricane Ian my initial claim was denied after having
my roof damaged, I received a letter in the mail stating that the damage was
normal “wear and tear” and that ultimately my claim did not surpass my
deductible and was denied. I was able to show them photos of the home
inspection I had done the year before to show them in fact that the areas
damaged on the roof were not prior to the hurricane. After hearing about the Property
Heroes I immediately had them come out to document my home after the repairs so
I would have a new report showing the condition of my home to give to my insurance
if I need to file another claim in the future.

Great concept!! We wished we had this opportunity before Hurricane Ian. If we had this visual inventory after the hurricane, it would have made filing our claim so much easier and better documented proof of the value of our losses.

Having all of the before pictures, 3D photos, inspection report, and drone footage now gives us piece of mind.
